It’s sandal season! You need to get those heels all buffed and pretty and I have the perfect thing for you! My BFF gave me the Emjoi Micro-Pedi Battery Operated Callus Remover for my birthday, and my heels and I thank her for it!
It really does work great, and the device makes it very easy to do the sides of the heels, as well as any ugly callus you may have.
From Emjoi:
This battery-operated foot buffer is ideal for at-home pedicures and is a safe alternative to harsh, metal scrapers.
Micro-Pedi’s spinning rollers quickly and easily buff away rough, callused skin on feet to reveal supple, touchable feet.
For beautiful, smooth feet
- Removes rough, dry and calloused skin from feet in seconds
- Unique roller spins 360 degrees for fast results
- Battery operated
- Revolutionary device takes the chore out of smoothing skin on your feet.
- Gently and effectively buffs away rough, dry and calloused skin in seconds.
- Safer and more effective than metal scrapers and easier than a pumice stone
- Rubberized easy grip
The link above is at amazon.com, where you can purchase for $29.99 and free shipping. I saw these at Costco last week, for the same price if you have a Costco near you. You can also purchase replacement rollers at amazon.com, so there is no excuse to cover up your tootsies this summer!

My friend Sally-Gally discovered this wonderful artist on her recent trip to Round Top, Texas. And I love to support local artists, so I’m sharing her online site with you!
marygregorystudio.com is the website for Mary Gregory, who is an artist who lives in Texas. She painted all her life and after her children were grown she decided to develop a line of products that included her artwork.
Sally had one of these art blocks in her kitchen and I fell in love with it! It’s such a great gift for anyone for $10, and a great selection to choose from.
I adore this print! This is definitely going on my wish list.
Sally also had some of Mary Gregory’s marmalade! Yum! She also makes these fabulous candles, that not only smell great, but have her artwork on the label! I got “The Greenhouse” from Sally for my birthday and it smells divine!
Mary Gregory Studio also has tea towels, note cards, and lots more. You can even book a retreat!
