I was one of the people who bought the first iPhones. You know back when they were like a thousand dollars and then lowered the price? I found this magazine at Best Buy a couple of years ago and immediately subscribed to it. iPhone Life Magazine is a great resource for all the latest news, reviews, apps, tips, and sites. Along with the subscription, you receive a weekly email newsletter with even more information. If you have an iPhone, iPad, or Ipod Touch, I would strongly suggest you pick up the current issue, with the How-To Guide. I think I’m someone who stays pretty current on this stuff and still found some new information. But I always seem to learn something from this magazine! One year subscription is $15.97, for six print issues a year and six digital issues a year.

Several years ago, I found this wonderful ergonomical Casabella Microfiber Magnet Mop with a microfiber sponge head that could be removed and washed in the washing machine. Not only does it clean my floors, but every time I use it I know I am starting out with a clean, sanitary mop. There was a period of time after I had shoulder surgery that I had a maid and I could tell how well she cleaned by how dirty the mop head was. I actually use two of the microfiber sponge heads because I have both tile floors and wood floors, and I clean both types at the same time, so it’s easy to switch out the heads for the different floors.

I know it’s a dirty subject, but someone has to talk about it!

Those who know me know that I have a little OCD issue regarding mascara. I won’t go into it here but suffice it to say that at one point in time I was using no less than five separate mascara products on my eyelashes each and every day. I have trimmed that down (a little). My current favorite mascara is Maybelline Lash Stiletto.

You can purchase at any drugstore for less than $9. This is kind of a big deal for a mascara junkie as I have spent up to $30 for a tube of mascara. You can find Maybelline Stiletto online at drugstore.com, or amazon.com, just to name a few.
What is your favorite mascara? If you haven’t replaced your current tube in a while, perhaps now is a good time to do so.

Sarabeth’s Kitchen
Who doesn’t love food? Well, I suppose there are some. And if you are one of those few, or on a diet, you need to just skip this post. My apologies. DO NOT click on the link. I cannot be held responsible for you breaking your diet. Sarabeth’s Kitchen is a great online source for shipping a treat or two for yourself or a loved one. I recently received the Breakfast-In-Bed Combo, which had three loaves of bread – which let’s face it – was cake, and three jars of granola. I’m not sure how many people sleep in Sarabeth’s bed, but this was BreakfastS in bed!
Sarabeth’s Kitchen also has thirteen flavors of preserves, cookies, cakes, teas, and coffee to choose from. I love sending something different food wise than the normal cookies, fruit, or chocolate!
It’s one of Oprah’s favorites . . .

Sarabeth also has a blog where she shares some great recipes so be sure and bookmark Sarabeth – Goddess of Bakedom.
