Many, many years ago, I used to have eyelashes so long that they touched my eyebrows. Really!

I have used Rapid Lash for over a year now and just love the results! I used it originally every night for six weeks. It takes about that time to notice a significant difference so don’t give up. I now use it about once a week just to keep the lashes long. Intermittently I apply every night again for about two weeks. The tube is supposed to last about 60 days but it will last much longer than that. I think I’ve only used two tubes in two years. I know there are several products out there that claim to grow longer lashes. There are even some that require a prescription. I tried Rapid Lash because I liked the price. I’ve seen the lash enhancers at salons for over $100. I found Rapid Lash on drugstore.com for $49. Since that time I look for a good sale price on it. Found it today on amazon.com for $23.16 (and eligible for free shipping if you add something else to your order to make it total $25).

Rapid Lash would be one of my top ten makeup products. It gave me significantly longer, fuller eyelashes!

As Spring Break is upon us, and summer is right around the corner, you might want to check out vrbo.com. Vacation Rentals by Owner is a great resource for thousands of rental properties throughout the US and beyond. From VRBO website:
Established in 1995, we’ve been in the vacation rental business for over 14 years. In fact, VRBO was founded by vacation rental owners who self-manage their second homes, like many of you do. We provide an online space for homeowners to advertise their vacation properties and make it easy for travelers to search 150,000+ rentals in over 100 countries worldwide.
I have a friend who always uses VRBO. She told me they recently rented a gorgeous tri-level home with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths for 5 nights for $1800 in Colorado Springs. Much cheaper than staying in a hotel! Plus you have the convenience of your own kitchen, a place for your entire family to get together and visit in a large space, not to mention the PRIVACY! So if you are looking for a large rental, or a small condo, I hope you include VRBO in your search.

For years and years I have used personalized return address labels. I’m pretty sure I’ve ordered every design out there and got to the point where I was bored with them. I started seeing these custom address stampers so naturally I had to have one. I ordered mine from expressionery.com. They retail for $40. I ordered one for my husband that contained his college logo at finestationery.com. When I purchased mine it was on sale, and if I remember correctly it was about half off. A variety of these stampers can also be found at stationeryxpress.com. I found some really cute ones from sweetpaperie, foryoo, and stampoutonline, just to name a few sellers at etsy.com. The stampers on etsy range in price from $20 to $30. (which reminds me, I need to write a post about etsy. . . but I digress.) You can go crazy ordering these stampers, they may become as addictive to me as the labels! I can see having my own special stampers for holidays and personalized gifts, and even books and baked goods. Oh boy, I’m in trouble here! If you don’t already have a custom address stamper, you need to get one.

Recently I found these helpful links from the Texas Department of Insurance website. It provides sample rates with different insurance companies for a variety of policies. I am including the links for homeowners and auto but you can visit their site if you are interested in others. The top insurance companies were required to submit their rates to the Texas Department of Insurance.
