I restocked on these nail buffers at Sally’s Beauty Supply, and realized I never shared with you. Please forgive me.

The reason I love these so much is, obviously, because it has four different tools in one. I can file my nails, remove the ridges on the tops of my nails (I have one nail, always ridges, is that a sign of anything? Chocolate deficiency maybe?), smooth the surface, and then make the little suckers shine like mad. No polish needed. This time of year you are lucky to get that. My hands are constantly cooking, cleaning, decorating, or wrapping. Polish is a waste of time.

Another great thing is that you can just run a little soap and water over these and they are as good as new. Gets rid of that chalky residue after filing. Now, they don’t last forever, they aren’t meant to come with a lifetime warranty, but they do last a good long bit. I picked up four this morning for $3 each, and I got a $5 off coupon for my next visit. Score!

They make a great stocking stuffer!

My favorite coffee. And I am a coffee snob. For years I bought only at Starbucks, had my own little grinder so it was always fresh. Then I bought the Toddy Cold Brew Coffee System and didn’t want to waste a $15 bag of Starbucks coffee on my first try, just in case it turned out to be a mistake. Well, the Toddy Cold Brew Coffee System wasn’t a mistake and neither was the Cafe Bustelo. I now buy nothing but Cafe Bustelo Coffee, and get mine at the big superstore for under $4 for the entire can. Let me do the math for you, that saves me $11 each time. Add that up over a year and see what I get to buy myself! Now, why did I originally buy Cafe Bustelo? Because if you look at any TV show all the cool people have a can of Cafe Bustelo in the kitchen background. I want to be one of the cool people. I am shallow like that. So, whatever Cafe Bustelo is paying for product placement obviously works on some of us.

I am horrible at giving a description of a flavor but I will give it a shot. This is BOLD coffee, and if you don’t like bold, I don’t think you would like this. But it is also very smooth, not bitter. A lot of my friends now have the K-cup coffee makers, and sadly Cafe Bustelo does not come in a K-cup format – yet. But if you have the attachment to the K-cup you might want to try this coffee, you may end up saving yourself a lot of moolah on the prepackaged K-cups. And with that savings you can treat yourself to something special!

I have downloaded the Christmas!! app on my iPhone but all the games, songs, wallpaper, calendar, etc., seem to be locked until December 1st. So, I’m hoping this is a good app! The only thing I can use so far is the shopping list, which I do enjoy.
